Who is the employer of deployed contract staff?
For contract staffing and managed teams, DhammX is the employer of record — we manage salaries, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS), leave and HR. You receive one GST invoice per month.
How quickly can you deploy?
For common skills, shortlisted profiles are typically shared within a few working days. Niche or senior roles may take longer; we'll give you a realistic timeline upfront.
What if a deployed professional isn't the right fit?
We provide replacement support as agreed in the contract, and a dedicated account manager monitors performance and feedback throughout.
Do you work on government tenders?
Yes. We support government departments and PSUs with contract manpower and technology projects, and can partner with system integrators on larger bids.
Can candidates work at our site?
